Deposit & Payment Due Dates
A $150 Security and Cleaning Deposit is due at time of booking. This deposit is over and above the rate for the total stay. A refund for your deposit will be mailed to you after checkout when the cabin is found clean and without damage. 50% of the total rate for your stay is due 30 days prior to check-in with the remainder due one week prior to check in.
Cleaning Policy
The cabin is to be left as clean as it was found and is equipped with all the cleaning supplies needed. If you would like help with cleaning, it can be arranged prior to your stay at $17/hour. Any extra cleaning required after checkout that was not arranged will be charged at a rate of $20/hour and will be subtracted from your deposit. |
